Just wanted to point out something we are seeing on the listing side of things….Buyer’s Agents are typing up offers with an end of October closing dates on short sales so the Buyer can get the $8k tax credit….remember it could take 4 months on a short sale so that puts the closing at mid-December…so a Buyer has missed the tax credit and are just a week away from missing out on homestead exemption….
