2.  Regions Financed Projects

Parameters
1. Income cannot exceed 80% of HUD median income limits.   For an individual that is just over 33,000.00 annually.

Benefits
1. 97% LTV
2. Mortgage Insurance not required
3. No minimum reserves
4. 3% gift money acceptable
5. 6% seller paid closing cost

Please note this may also apply to single family homes and townhomes that do not meet FHA property requirements.
