Happy Saturday afternoon....I was just talking with Diana on the team, she is one of our Buyer's Agents for Nathan Bangs & Associates of Keller Williams Realty.

The topic is how we need to hold a Buyer's class on, well, buying a home today.  So we have asked Rob Pinion one of our favorite lenders to come talk with me.  I am going to go over the buying of a distressed property and he is going to go over the lending side of this market.

This will be fun and educational...if that is not enough, fine we will feed you...so dinner on Rob!
